Lavatech Payment Policy

1. Payment Collection

Payments for all courses and services at Lavatech Technology can be made through Razorpay. Razorpay accepts various payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Once payment is processed, a receipt will be generated and emailed to the customer.

2. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

Lavatech Technology operates on a strict No Refund, No Cancellation policy. Once a payment is made for a course or service, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Customers are advised to carefully review the course details and terms before making any payment.

3. Late Payments

Payments not made within the stipulated time frame will incur a late fee of ₹200. If the next installment is not completed within 30 days of the due date, the course will be paused, and access to all study materials will be removed. The course will remain paused until the payment is received in full.

4. Payment Security

All payments made via Razorpay are secured through industry-standard encryption. Lavatech Technology does not store any payment information such as card details on its systems. In case of any payment issues, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Disputes

Any disputes related to payment will be handled as per the policies laid out by Razorpay and Lavatech Technology. For any payment-related issues, reach out to Razorpay or contact our support team.

6. Changes to Policy

Lavatech Technology reserves the right to modify this payment policy at any time. Changes will be notified to users through email or on our website.
