Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Proficient understanding of GitHub.
Strong programming basics, with a clear understanding of Object-Oriented and Functional programming.
Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on projects.
Should have Good Scripting experience : Bash, Python. Should have experience in setting up and administering at least one CI CD system like Jenkins, Gitlab CI, Travis, etc. Should have very good experience in Docker, Docker ComposeSwarm. Good to have experience in running serves on AWS at production scale. & also on Azure. Good to have team player, excellent problem-solving and skills and ability to learn new technologies a must. Should have experience in setting up SSO (single sign-on)or managing LDAP servers.

Planned, designed, install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage our cloud-based Linux servers. Work with other members to ensure proper allocation of systems resources to support both business and technical execution. Handle supporting tasks from the DevOps team. Handle troubleshooting/Adhoc tasks from other Developer teams. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with our Product Engineering Teams to implement hotfixes and new features. Follow SLA / SOP for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Coordinating with Product Engineering, and Customer Success on outstanding tickets to ensure rapid resolution. Provide prompt and accurate responses to customers/customer success team. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Participate in night shifts (permanent or roster basis) to support clients across the globe. This position reports to Technical Support Manager or equivalence.
